Ely Community Resource (ECR) is a community-based program providing a continuum of services that gives youth opportunities to be involved from the time they first enter school until they graduate. Each year, over 400 youth participate in ECR services including support groups, mentoring, peer mediation, youth leadership training, community service and philanthropy, tutoring, chemical free evening and weekend activities,and a new toy and clothing distribution during the holidays.
