Destruction Policy - The Sarbanes-Oxley
Act makes it a crime to alter, cover up, falsify, or
destroy any document with the intent of impeding or
obstructing any official proceeding. This act also
provides guidance as to how long various documents

document is the current policy for document
retention and destruction followed by the Wisconsin
Economic Development Association.
