National Committee on Planned Giving - The National Committee on Planned Giving is the professional association for people whose work includes developing, marketing, and administering charitable planned gifts. The National Committee on Planned Giving was formed in 1988 as a federation of planned giving councils to facilitate, coordinate and encourage the education and training of the planned giving community, and to facilitate effective communication among the many different professionals in the community.

PGCALC Planned Giving Information - This commercial site offers a lot of free information including suggested annuity rates by the the American Council on Gift Annuities (ACGA). ACGA is a national organization made up of charities that issue charitable gift annuities. One of the roles of the ACGA is to provide suggested maximum payout rates for the gift annuities issued by its member charities issue. These maximums are strictly voluntary. Periodically, the ACGA reviews and revises the rates it suggests.

Planned Giving Resources Inc. - This commercial site offers a great deal of free information about the regulation and administration of Charitable Gift Annuities and Pooled Income Funds and information about assistance with many issues relating to the State Regulation of Gift Annuities. As the Chair of the State Regulations Committee of the American Council on Gift Annuities, Jim Potter provides this information as a service to the nonprofit community.
