Wisconsin Climate Change Stories
Climate Wisconsin is an educational
multimedia project featuring stories of

Institute for Environmental Studies and

stimuli or their effects, which moderates

of a system to absorb disturbance and still
retain its basic function and
structure.

climate change. It is the most widely used
international accounting tool for government
and business leaders to understand,
quantify, and manage greenhouse gas
emissions. Most of the tools used to answer

WICCI
The Wisconsin Initiative on Climate Change
Impacts (WICCI) assesses and anticipates
climate change impacts on specific Wisconsin
natural resources, ecosystems and regions;
evaluates potential effects on industry,
agriculture, tourism and other human
activities; and develops and recommends
adaptation strategies that can be
implemented by businesses, farmers, public
health officials, municipalities, resource
managers and other stakeholders.
