  The City of Madison uses The Natural Step to integrate sustainability in a systematic way into decision making, policies, operations and capital improvements in all departments.

    Using Technology for Sustainability

• Fond du Lac Fire Souls
  A wiki site on sustainability topics for Fond du Lac County that just went public on April 25th. It is a local resource, but inspiring for similar efforts in other places.
  The site contains a calendar of "green" events in the area; discussion threads to get your questions answered; local information on energy savings, water, air, transportation, local food, and LOTS of other topics. This site was developed by UW-Extension with funding from a Program Innovation Fund grant in partnership with UW-Fond du Lac & the Fond du Lac Public Library.
